We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing)

3. Testimonial Data

Testimonials submitted through collection forms are stored on behalf of our users (the space owners). Space owners control which testimonials are approved and displayed publicly via widgets. We act as a data processor for testimonial content; the space owner is the data controller.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: for payment processing
  • Supabase: for database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel: for application hosting
  • Law enforcement: when required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and testimonials within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
