Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Praisely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Praisely provides a platform for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials. The Service includes a dashboard for managing testimonial spaces, a public collection form, embeddable widgets, and subscription-based premium features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit fake, misleading, or defamatory testimonials
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including testimonials and space configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Testimonial Content

You are responsible for the testimonials collected through your spaces. You must have appropriate consent from individuals whose testimonials you collect and display. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-submitted testimonials.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praisely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
